Efua (Ef'-wah) has been a fitness professional or "Body Sculptor", as she prefers to be called, for the last twelve years. She started life as a dancer before a career as a runway model and choreographer.

Efua trains private clients and has developed a loyal following in the image driven world of celebrity, where her unique and highly effective techniques are much sought after.  Efua prepared the actor Christian Bale for his role in Batman Begins and was the trainer in BBC's Fat Nation. She continues the mission to motivate the country and has participated in the Fat Nation fitness road shows.

She also fronted celebrity workout video The Allstar Workout for breast cancer charity Breakthrough, in 2006.
