Anjula Mutanda

Short Biography

Anjula is one of the UK's most recognised and much sought after television psychologists, life coach and mental health experts. She currently co-presents Sky 1's How to Get What You Want. She's an Agony Aunt for several publications including Reveal Magazine and Company Magazine and contributes to lifestyle magazines including Woman, Cosmopolitan, Grazia and Glamour. She is working on her next book following the success of her first self-help book Celebrity Life Laundry in 2007.

Anjula first appeared as an expert in 2000 on the launch series of Big Brother. She is a regular on GMTV, Lorraine, BBC Breakfast, The Wright Stuff and ITV's This Morning. Memorably, she fronted How to Have Sex After Marriage for Five in which gained a great deal of media attention.

She has contributed to numerous documentaries including How Gay Are You? (Sky 1), Tonight with Trevor Mcdonald (ITV), Celebrity Yo-Yo Dieters (Living), How to Find a Husband and The Truth About Beauty with Martine McCutcheon (UKTV Style). She was a phobia therapist on Feel the Fear for CITV and was also the expert presenter on BBC1's Family Contract and co-anchor for Five's Doctor Doctor.

Anjula presents and contributes to radio programmes for BBC World Service and Radio 4. She has also appeared on Woman's Hour with Jenny Murray.

Anjula is regularly sought after by PR companies who need a specialist consultant for their brand campaigns. Clients have been as varied as Rolo, TK Maxx, Garnier, Sure, Sainsbury, Morrisons and Vodafone. She is regularly asked to speak at events and make appearances at award ceremonies.
